I have dropped from 270 to 240 by diet and am now looking to drop more weight but would also like to begin strength training. I am looking for routines as well as supplements that will help with this.

I know the basics about form and muscle groups. I spent three years in high school in fitness training so I have a good knowledge in different machines and free weights. I am still about thirty pounds over weight and would like to cut the fat while building muscle. A friend of mine has used No2 and has seen great success with it and I am considering using this. However I would like to use what will work best for my personal physiology.

Great Cheeseburger as it makes it much easier for
you as well as me.
I actually still do the Body for Life workout. Have you read Bill Phillips Book
Body for Life. It really is a good book just for what you want to do. I lost
35lbs of body fat doing this in 12 weeks. This was in 2000 and I have maintained
the program and actually have gained muscle over the years. I have modified the
way I lift weights but the concept is still the same. I still do the meals 6 a
day stay away from the whites, sugar, salt, flower, partially hydrated fats are
a killer.
