PRODUCT REVIEW: Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Rocky Road
I was introduced to the Chocolate version of this product and really like the way it mixed up easily in water or soy milk. I decided to try the Rocky Road version and found that I enjoy it even more. The best part is that you can mix it up in low fat, no sugar yogurt and have a great dessert or snack without all the hidden junk you don't need. I've also found that you can mix it up easily at work with a spoon without any hassles. I haven't tried it with fruit yet but I'm betting it would taste really good with banana.
Definitely give this a try if you're tired of the vanilla or chocolate routine. It's a nice change of pace and really cheap!
