BSN No-Xplode Review

I have been on BSN No-Xpolde now for several weeks along with the protein I have made up and can really tell a big difference in my workouts.

This morning I usually warm up with 45-50's for 10-12 reps dumbbells but I started with 60lbs with no problem. Finished off with 75s I think, did 110lb rows and 110lb pullovers.
Wide grip pull-ups and was pretty much done. I usually do 3 sets so you can see I hit it
pretty hard.

I am not into trying to hit this body part and that body part I do allot of full body
exercises and feel this is sufficient.

I can't stand it when someone ask what are you working today bye's and trie's give me a break try hitting the squats,
dead lifts and lunges on the same day then lets talk, bye's and trie's.

Understand I am not lifting to be a bodybuilder heck at 53 I am trying to keep from looking like Arnold, anyway my squats have increased to 275lbs and I feel the next lift will be around 300.
I am not just saying this to sell BSN No-Xplode the stuff is helping me.

I was going to begin taking Gaspari Nutrition Halodrol-50 but if I did I really couldn't tell what was what so in a couple more weeks if we have any left I will try it as well if we are sold out I will pull something off the shelf.

I seriously can't say enough on the protein supplement I have made up it is helping plus the stuff actually taste good.
Till next post God Bless America
