First they Take your Supplements Now

First they take our Supplements Now they want to take the freedom of the internet...

Congress is pushing a law that would abandon the Internet's First Amendment -- a principle called "Network neutrality" that prevents companies like AT&T, Verizon and Comcast from deciding which Web sites work best for you -- based on what site pays them the most. Your local library shouldn’t have to outbid Barnes & Noble for the right to have its Web site open quickly on your computer.
Net Neutrality allows everyone to compete on a level playing field and is the reason that the Internet is a force for economic innovation, civic participation and free speech. If the public doesn't speak up now, Congress will cave to a multi-million dollar lobbying campaign by telephone and cable companies that want to decide what you do, where you go, and what you watch online.
This isn’t just speculation -- we've already seen what happens elsewhere when the Internet's gatekeepers get too much control. Last year, Canada's version of AT&T -- Telus -- blocked their Internet customers from visiting a Web site sympathetic to workers with whom Telus was negotiating. And Shaw, a major Canadian cable company, charges an extra $10 a month to subscribers who dare to use a competing Internet telephone service.

The SavetheInternet.com Coalition is a group of grassroots organizations, bloggers and concerned citizens that are banding together to protect Internet freedom.
The Coalition believes that the Internet is a crucial engine for economic growth and democratic discourse. We are working together to urge Congress to take steps now to preserve network neutrality, the First Amendment for the Internet that ensures that the Internet remains open to innovation and progress.
From its beginnings, the Internet has leveled the playing field for all comers. Everyday people can have their voices heard by thousands, even millions of people. The SavetheInternet.com Coalition -- representing millions of Americans from all walks of life -- is working together to ensure that Congress passes no telecommunications legislation without meaningful and enforceable network neutrality requirements.

Take action for our Military Personal Need Your Help

You know we, meaning the US, can spend billions of dollars for other interest groups, countries, wars etc.., but we charge our service men and women unbelievable prices to mail them a package.

I mailed protein supplements to 3 different service men today, 3 packages cost 86.50 were if I had shipped it by FedEx maybe 25.00 would have been the total.

This is sick sorry no excuse Heck they are getting killed for all of us defending our rights we should be all writing our Representative and let them know this isn't right.

Their family can't even afford to ship them anything over there due to this ridiculous cost. Why not open it up to FedEx or UPS to ship to. The packages go to a US location were our Government ships it the rest of the way free of charge, YEA RIGHT....

If you don't know what an APO or FPO is they are military address, Iraq, Korea, Battle ships at sea, etc. were the post office has 2 to 3 central locations all the APO's go to one in California and New York, Maybe one in Florida but they are all in the US.

This charge is to get them to this location and that is all 86.00 to ship 3 boxes to New York is crazy. This is priority mail Oh yea you can ship the cheaper way it only takes 3-6 WEEKS to get there, by that time they may be discharged.

Crazy Please Help our Service Men an Women write to your rep complain about this get enough going and we may get something changed.

I might run for political office myself get in bed with the snakes so to speak to get some kind of action started on this.

This is really serious if you had a husband overthere and you had to live on his military salary well you might be able to mail him a letter but sending a package would break the bank.

Help them please support them by taking action.
Thanks and God Bless

My letter to My Arkansas Rep Mike Ross Arkansas U.S. House of Representatives

I am a web site owner www.keysupplements.com and I ship allot of products to our service men an women to APO's FPO's.

I am really concerned at the cost they have to pay to go through our postal system. Just today I shipped 3 packages to servicemen in Iraq, cost was 86.00. This shipped by FedEx might have cost 25.00.

What are we doing here it is crazy they have to pay such an amount to get a package shipped to one of the shipping locations within the lower 48. The packages are then picked up by the Government and shipped to the military bases supposedly free of charge.

This is not right they need a break I am requesting you to start legislation to purpose a reduced cost or fixed cost to our service men and women.Just plain not right they are getting killed for us and we are gouging them here at home to send them some goods.

I usually lose on the shipping as it makes me sick at the cost of shipping to them. I am a disabled marine myself.

Help them please this is not right.God BlessJoe Mullinax

When do we say Ok Enough is Enough

I just posted a group of articles about obesity and as I read through them I just begin to wonder when will we wake up, when will the world see the destruction this weakness is causing in all the lives around them.

Yes I called it a weakness. That is exactly what it is. Not having the will strength or ability to say I don't need this coke, pie, French fries, corn fritter, apple pie candy bar, Fried chicken, Going back to the buffett for the 3rd time you name it it's out there for you to buy and die from.

A drug addict has to look in the mirror and say I am the problem not the drug, a person that smokes can't blame the cigarette for the cancer, put the stinking thing down and refuse to smoke refuse to eat yourself to death refuse to stuff your face refuse to drink the cokes and eat the high sugar foods refuse to give in to the weakness of self indulgence, as most of us feel it's all about me anyway.

Change the stinking thinking and make a decision not to give in not to give up gain strength through trials gain strength through giving gain strength through God.

Weakness is nothing but a moment in time give in give up all happens in a second internal strength last a lifetime.

Change yourself first as our Lord said get the log out of your eye first then go to your brother and Help him remove the speck in his eye. Look in the mirror and we all see who the problem is looking back at us.

The wind blows where it wills; and though you hear its sound, yet you neither know where it comes from nor where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.
