I am convinced ZMA helps

I quit taking ZMA for several days just because I had run out and didn't get a bottle. I had allot of trouble getting to sleep and really didn't know why.
Last night I opened me a bottle last nite and fell asleep and selept really well. I know one time isn't a scientific study but I have been taking ZMA for several years now and that whole time my sleep pattern was really good. I am convinced it helps with my sleep thus helping with my growth hormone levels as well.

I highly recommend trying ZMA as a supplement to help in your health lifestyle and sleep.

I do Optimum Nutrition ZMA and take two in the AM before breakfast and two in the PM before bed.

Split all the Firewood

Well as I said I finished the firewood and man what a back workout. I got piles of wood all over the place, so now all that is left is stacking. Another workout in itself, but first I am taking a few days and going to visit my beautiful daughter and family with her wittle bitttie baby my grandbaby Taylor.

I thank God he has been so kind to me an allowed me to be here to see her.

I also thank God for finding the little girl taken from her mother. She was found this evening.

Did my workout this weekend Cut Firewood.

Well I did what I was going to do Labor Day weekend cut up our winter supply of firewood. I must have 2-3 cords of to split so that is another workout in itself. Took about 6 hours and pretty well done for the day as it was pretty hot here. Fact is the rest of the day I chilled out cramped up and watched TV. Even my fingers cramped so I ate some soup and added extra salt to it and was much better in about an hour.

Hey on another note BSN Nutrition has come out with some really good protein. What I like most about it is a multi protein high in fiber.

In the morning I do Oatmeal it has 4g of fiber per serving I usually do 2 servings, add raisins, natural peanut butter, honey, and BSN Syntha-6 Protein 2 scoops and you have a breakfast with about 20 g of fiber. Being the national average is 15 g a day and it is recommend you do at least 30 a day, I would think this is a great way to start any day.

This only take 2-3 minutes so give it a try this makes an excellent night time protein as well.

I have a new found respect for plumbers

In my last post I said I was going to replace my drainage lines under my home cut some firewood and work on the site well I did one.

History, a few months ago I asked a friend of mine who is a plumber by trade, we work out in the same gym, about what it would cost to redo my drainage lines under my home. You know bath, toilet, sinks, etc. what these drain into to either go to a sewer line or septic tank. He said about 5,000.00 and so I that was that. Our home is 25 years old we have owned it for 16 years and it was time to redo a bathroom, this is waht sparked this intrest.

That said a couple weeks ago I crawled around under the house figured it was nothing to it and decided this weekend to take care this small plumbing job. I will say right now this was the hardest job I have ever done in my life.

I figured I could patch here and there, wrong the lines were cast iron and 3/4 full of whatever you want to call it. I had to tear everything out drag it to this small hole crawl out and drag these stinking pipes out.

Three days latter and about 50 hours and I am done. I hurt everywhere, my knees are swollen, my elbows are swollen, my back, arms, legs, side, neck all hurt, my fingers and raw and stiff.

Needless to say I did nothing but plumb all Labor Day weekend and know now plumbing is a tough job.

Plumbers my hat is off to you.
