Why eat protein?
The primary function of protein include building and repairing of body tissues, regulation of processes and the formation of enyzymes and hormones. In other words, if you work out and do not enough eat enough protein you will not build muscle. My friends always tell me that they are working out but are not getting bigger or stronger and after a few questions later I find out that they are not eating enough protein. A person who lifts weights has a higher daily requirement than a sedentary person and need to consume at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight. I use Syntha 6 cookies and cream to supplement my diet. It mixes real easy and it taste like melted oreos. Don't let your hard work go to waste, make sure you eat enough protein and watch your body grow!!
