Quick Snack

When I get hungry and I dont have time to fix a meal I usually eat a protein bar to tie me over til my next meal. A protein bar is a healthier alternative to a snickers bar. I know most of you have had bad experiences with horrible tasting protein bars and probably haven't ate one since. Believe me I was the way until I tried a Vanilla Muscle Sandwich, now I always carry one in my bag.
